Thermosetting modified polystyrene board (TPS) System

To meet the market demand ,We have developed this new product--thermosetting modified polystyrene board production line.

By adding various light nano inorganic materials to improved high flame retardant environmental adhesive,the mixed material wraps the polystyrene EPS particles up, which makes the flame retardance improved substantially, retaining the advantages of polystyrene insulation board and phenolic moist insulation board. At the same time, it makes up the defects of fusion flow and flaming dripping which result from the spread of fire with the attack of continuous high temperature fire.

This product is the ideal insulation material which integrating the advantages of fireproofing, heat insulation, energy saving, good appearance, ease of application etc..

TPS characters:

--- It has the characters of non-inflammability, insolubility, self-extinguishment when away from the fire and so on. It also expands the space for exterior wall flame retardant moist material. So it is far better than the similar products.

--- Safe and fireproof with high safety performance, which overcome the defect of inflammability of traditional EPS foam board.

--- Relatively light weight, high intensity, excellent size stability and eco-friendly.

--- Safe & reliable for construction and the stability of material system is excellent.

--- It is replacement of current thermal insulation materials ,e.g.:Extruded polystyrene board,EPS foam board,Foam cement Insulation board,phenolic insulation board,polyurethane insulation board.
