Introduction
Q355NH weather resistance plate property: high quality steel toughness, plastic

Weather property is 2 ~ 8 times compared with carbon-steel, coating property is
1.5 ~ 10 times compared with carbon-steel. Weathering Steel can thinning used,
nudity used or simplified coating used. Weathering Steel has the property of
rust resistance, making component of work blanks corrosion, thinning and
reducing consumption, energy saving, so that it is benefit for component makers
and users.
Weathering steel is used for manufacturing container, railway vehicle, oil
derrick, harbor construction, oil production platform and chemical container
containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium in oil equipment.

1) carbon steel and ordinary low alloy steel (A - Ⅰ class) : -10 ℃
2) carbon steel and ordinary low alloy steel, refractory steel and alloy steel
(A - Ⅱ, Ⅲ, B - Ⅰ class) :0 ℃
3) Hot strong steel and alloy steel (B - Ⅱ, Ⅲ) :5

When there is any of the following types of welding environment, should take
effective protective measures, otherwise prohibited welding:
1) manual electric arc welding wind speed is greater than8 m/s.The manual tungsten argon arc welding
wind speed greater than2 m/s;
2) the relative humidity is more than 90%;
3) welding splash water, caught in the rain, or come into contact with the fog;
4) when the temperature of the weldment is below0
℃.
The welding place should have the measure such as wind, rain, cold.
