5XZ-10 Gravity Separator

Introduction

5XZ-10 Gravity Separator is the air blowing type, used for separating grain and seed with same shape but different in specific gravity, finally obtain the best seed which will be used for sowing.

Application

It can efficiently remove moldy kernel, immature shriveled, insect damaged seed or broken seed to ensure maximum quality of the final product. The Gravity Separator can be used to separate all kinds of seed and grains, such as coffee bean, cocoa bean, peanuts, corn, peas, beans, rice, wheat, sesame etc.

The Gravity Separator also has wide applications, from heavy industrial materials like glass, stone, metal and sand, to lighter agricultural seeds beans and nuts.

Working Principle

The 5XZ-10 Gravity Separator works on a fluidized bed. Material is fed on oscillating sieve deck. By the air pressure and deck oscillation, material is fluidized and stratified. The heavy material will go lower under the light materials and touch the deck surface; the light materials will be suspended and fluidized. Deck oscillation causing heavy and light fraction travel in separated path and collected separately.
