Adopting the dry processing technique, our complete set maize/corn milling machine can produce low fat corn grits, corm germ, corn flour, corn meal and corn bran with different size at the same time. The throughput of the set varies from 40 tons to 400 tons per 24 hours. The whole assembly line consists of corn/maize cleaning, peeling, milling and maize flour packing sections.
Processing Flow:
Impurities removed in vibrating sifter, magnetic separator, de-stoner, scourer firstly and then the pure corn be transformed to peeling machine, after intensive and gentle peeling, the maize will be de-germed to the polishing machine. Then the granular maize (without skins and germs) will be grinded and milled by roller mill. After the circulatory milling and flour grinding, the wanted products will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
