50t-60ton Flour Milling Machine (60T/D)

Model 6FTP-60 may process any grade flour according to GB1355-88 standard, if improve the techniques, it can produce the bread flour, noodle flour, dumpling flour, etc. So the set adapts your all needs.
This equipment is made up of wheat cleaning, flour milling and others assistant equipment.
The cleaning workshop, including a GXZS60 high-speed vibrating sieve, two DW40× 75 grinding scourer, two CXP20 magnetic separator, a PHS63 plane rotating sieve, a QSX60 gravity stoner, a XMS60 washing machine. It forms the cleaning techniques of 2 screen, 2 beating, 1 removing stoner, 1 washing, magnetic selecting. The milling workshop, including 12 sets of 6F2240 mill, 5 sets of FSFJ2× 83 double-section plansifters, 1 set of FSFJ1× 83 single section sifter, 2 set of FPW40 bran brusher. It forms the flour techniques of 4B, 6M, and 1S, 2 bran brusher. The excellent equipment and advanced techniques ensured the flour quality and the best performance.
To convey the wheat and flour product, we adopt 1 set of DT13 bucket elevator, 3 sets of DT11 bucket elevator, 2 set of 4-72No3.6# lower pressure blower, 1 set of 4-72No3.2# lower pressure blower, 2 sets of TFD6-30NO. 6 high pressure bolwer, and 3 set of LSS16 screw conveyor. Pneumatic conveying system and mechanical lifting system are used together, this combined system decrease the noise, lower the dust, reduce the power consumption and improve the reliability.
The total power: 155kW.
The equipment is installed in a 30× 8× 7.5m tripod structure workshop. It has the characteristics of compact structure, steady capability, less investment, fast effect, convenient operation, lower power consumption, high flour extraction, and excellent flour quality.
