Our assembly factory is furnished with many advanced machines, such as Siemens HS50 placers, Siemens F5 placers, Heller 1809 reflow equipment, Speedline MPM printers, OK intelligent solder irons and Otek automatic optical inspection devices. With such resources, we can assemble BGA, LGA, QFN, QFP, DIP and SIP, and the smallest package form we can mount is 0201. Our factory also can provide programming, wiring, screwing, injection and conformal coating services. For your assurance, we have obtained ISO 9001 certification.
