Anti impact joint coupling for construction

Product Description Hebei Yida Anti Impact Rebar Coupling system is a mechanical rebar splicing system, be made of high quality alloy steel. It has already passed the High Speed Tensile test of Anti instant impact by Germany Berlin BAM Laboratory. It has been widely applied at the sites where required high level of resistance to impact. The coupler sleeve will be perfect connected with rebar by cold swaged deformation in the application, and dual couplers will be connected by a high strength bolt.

KCJ Adjustable coupler is made up by two standard sleeves, one full thread sleeve, one standard bolt, one lengthened bolt and two fastening nuts,used for connecting between two pieces of different diameter rebar. It is suitable for nonconventional applications, at the reinforcing cage or both two pieces of rebars where the rotation of the rebar is impossible. 

Characteristic：KCJ Adjustable coupler use the standard sleeves, full thread sleeve, standard bolt, lengthened bolt and fastening nut, it can make the two pieces of rebars where the rotation of the rebar is impossible to be connected via adding the fastening nut.

●Rebar And sleeves swaged connection

Using hydraulic machine and unique split mould to swage sleeve deformation, formed the seamless connection with rebar and the swage length is to meet the standard swage length. Shorter swage length reduces the bond, while longer swage length may shorten the engagement length of the thread.
Detailed Images Title goes here. Step 1: Screw the standard bolt into female coupler swaged with rebar, till unable to screw continually. 
Step 2: Screw the full thread sleeve into lengthened bolt, till one end flush and abreast. Make the two fastening nuts keep touch with lengthened bolt and full thread sleeve. 
Step 3：Turn the full thread sleeve into the standard bolt in opposite direction, till the full thread sleeve touch with the standard sleeve,With help of two pipe wrench, tighten the connection by turning both two sleeves in opposite direction at the same time. 
Step 4：Turn the lengthened bolt into the other side standard bolt till the marked section in opposite direction, rotate the fastening nuts on both sides and firm lock the nuts.
