This Rebar Thread Cutting Machine is the key facility of reinforcing bar mechanic connection in the construction, its main function is to threading the reinforcing bar end into given parallel thread with upsetting end or the normal rebar end without upsetting. It applies to Grade II and III in diameter range Φ16-40mm.

First, we use Upset Forging Machine to forging the end of rebar.
Second, we use Rebar Thread Cutting Machine to process thread on the forged end of rebar;
Third, we use Upset Parallel Thread Coupler to abuting joint two threaded ends of rebar.
