Phenolic Insulation Board Production Line   1.The installation has been equipped with low-pressure bakelite foaming machine which features with precise metering and good durability. 2.The material releasing machine equipped with magnetic particle tension device can evenly feed the layer material into the foaming mould and guarantee the smooth and flat product surface. 3.The side block and adhesive tap circulation structure can make sure the lateral sealing and smooth mold release of foam products.  4.The pressure-resistant dual truck slab machine system can implement continuous automatic production as well as fix the foam product firmly in the mold in order to guarantee the stable dimension of the final products.  5.The rear transmission and cutting system can realize the synchronous cutting and is able to produce irregular-length product.
