MT Wire Mesh Filter Disc(SS 304) Our Wire Mesh Fiter Disc  can be classified in series according to the geometrical opening of the weave, the number of  layers specified, the selected fineness, the parallelism of wires and thickness of layers predetermined  by the compression pressure. They constitute reproduceable filter media with identical pore structure,  hold capacity, through flow behaviour and definable pressure drop.   Processing Technic :Double-layer or three tier spot welding, welding spot is generally ranging                          from 4-10, but also according to customer requirements, single and double edging     Applications: For rubber, plastics industry, grain screening, oil, oil refining, chemical, light industry,  medicine, metallurgy, machinery, shipbuilding, automobile tractors and other industrial distillation,  absorption, evaporation, filtration process to remove entrained in the steamor droplets in the gas and  liquid foam and used as a car air filter    Feature:  Widest possible range from 20 mesh to 500 mesh upto 2 micron. Woven Wire Mesh in materials like S.S. and non ferrous metals such as copper can be supplied. Can be supplied in roll /pieces /strips /disk /filter form.
