Hammer Union Seal 
1.NBR sealing rings are used in the media of hydraulic fluid for mineral oil, glycol hydraulic oils, diester lubricating oils, gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicone oil and so on, the most widely used rubber seals of lowest cost currently. The ring cannot be applied in polar solvents such as ketone group, ozone, nitro hydrocarbon, MEK and chloroform. The general operational temperature range is -40 ℃ to 120℃. 2. HNBR sealing rings have excellent characteristics of anticorrosion, resistance to tearing, compression, ozone, sunlight and weather and more wear-resistant than NBR. The ring is suitable for washing machinery, automobile engine systems and refrigeration system using new environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant. It’s not recommended in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. The general operational temperature range is -40 ℃ to 150℃. 3. VITON sealing rings, higher thermostability than silicone rubber, have splendid resistance to weather, ozone and chemical but bad cold endurance. The ring is resistant to most oils and solvents, particularly to acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. It’s suitable for sealing needs of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It’s not recommended for ketone group, low-molecular-weight esters and nitrate mixture. The general operational temperature range is -20 ℃ to 250℃. 4. PU rubber sealing rings: the performance of abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance for PU rubber, with very good mechanical properties, are far superior to other kinds of rubber. Despite quite good resistance to ageing, ozone and oil, it easily hydrolyzes at high temperatures, generally used for high-pressure resistant and wear-resistant sealing links such as hydraulic cylinders. The general operational temperature range is - 45 ℃ to 90℃. 5. Metal rubber sealing rings are made by stainless steel wires without any rubber components and with a strong use attribute. For example, the ring can keep working in environments of high vacuum, high and low temperatures, intense radiation, various corrosion and so on. Depending on the use, sealing ring skin is made of different materials such as stainless steel, copper, PTFE and others. The skin, as cores by coated metal rubber components, has high sealing degrees, better effects, repeated use and so on. Sealing ring cores are manufactured by components of metal wires of different diameter and density, suitable for different pressure situations. The working temperature range is -80 ℃ to 800℃. Because of the higher costs, this sealing ring is expensive but its excellent performance and wide range of use environments have received unanimous recognition.
