We are offering Heat Transfer Printing Felt. They are used on roller transfer machine when textile printing.
Our Nomex Transfer Felt use imported DuPont Aramid 1313, the middle fabric for high-performance industrial silk fabric. It can work under 300°C. After the use, the shrinkage of width is 3% max, the elongation is 3%, the weight is 3300g/m2, the thickness could be 8mm, and can also be customized thicker type according to customer's demand. The thickness could be 3600g/m2. Which is a special blanket for transfer printing of various fabrics, curtain fabrics, and decorative fabrics. Specifications can be customized according to customer needs.

When you use our pasting belt during your production,you could refer to the following solution if you have following problems:
1.The belt was scratched when the machine was running.-- please check if there is any debris in the belt or in the lead paste. (please make sure that there is no debris on the tape.)
2.The belt slippage when the machine was running,
-- please make sure that the tape is fully wet with warm water before the machine and properly adjust the elastic shaft.
3.When the machine is running, the tape is stuck.-- kindly make sure the belt thickness is suitable for your machine, and proper adjustment of the scraper height can alleviate the problem.
4.The belt is too hard to get on machine.
--- steam it for about 5 minutes.Once you have other problem, kindly contact us to give you the solutions.
