Design feature.   Series Z petrochemical process pump is radial-split, single-stage, end suction and top discharge horizontal pump with foot or center supported volute casing.   Suction flange is horizontal, and discharge flange is vertical. Various flange standards are available to meet large pipe load requirements. The suction flange is of the same rated pressure with the discharge.   According to working condition, hydraulic force is balanced by wear ring at both side and balance pipe.   Seal chamber size is in accordance with API 610, which suitable for the installation of single, double and tandem mechanical seal as well as parking seal. Pump seal is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system.   Integrated bearing housing adopts oil bath lubrication which is automatically adjusted by constant level oil cup. Oil slinger is used to prevent partial overheat caused by insufficient lubrication when the oil level changes. According to different working condition, there are several cooling methods available for bearing housing including natural cooling with heat rib, water-cooled with water cooled jacket and air-cooled with fan. Pipeline is in accordance with API 610 standard.   Run by clockwise from drive direction.
