The speed is 3 times of the Z94 nail making machine, the noise is 30% lower than common nail making machine.   Working Principle: A. this machine adopts autimatic wire releasing, which changed the condition of different length of nail caused                                      by the unsteady of wire releasing power; B. during production, this machine adopts high absorbtion strength, to separate the nail and waste angle, and absorb the waste angle into the storage bucket; C. this machine got the high temperature protection device at kinfe, mould, rear bearing parts. When the temperature is too high, nail making error is more than 0.5 mm or the sliding part is lack of oil, the machine would stop automatically.
