Flow of Production

1.     Wire flattener

Main Process: The galvanized wire will be flattened into flat shape line, flattening machine is the first step in the process of production equipment .

2.     Wire jointing machine

Process: use wire jointing machine ,wire will be combined and paste the flat shape line into a whole and make a wire band .it make flattening galvanized wire through coating ,drying and straightening to make wire band .

3. Forming machine

Process: use the forming machine, it can produce the finished product.
