High frequency vacuum wood drying kiln is a new generation wood drying equipment.
This machine is the result of design combining high frequency medium heating technology and vacuum cryogenic dehydration technology, greatly reduced drying time.

1. To dry all kinds of wood in board or column type, slab type, cant type, timber type etc..
2. To dry all kinds of wood in veneer type.
3. To dry all kinds of wood in bending type.
1.It is new drying method. (Dielectric heating)
Steam and normal vacuum dryer (hot plate) is conductive heating. They dry the wood little by little from outside to inside.
High frequency is dielectric heating. HF wave can penetrate the thick wood and dry it uniformly. Even the core of wood temperature is heater than surface.
Vacuum condition: It is minus pressure, safe.
The wood moisture can vaporized in low temperature.
Then vapor will be pump out automatically. So HF vacuum dryer is faster, more uniform, no bending and no crack caused by non-uniform.

2. No need boiler; No need hot plate (no hot water)
The power supply of HF vacuum dryer is electricity. It does not need boiler, save the human resource and protect the Environment.

3. Worm killing.
High frequency can kill the worm and bacteria. It does not need special chemical treatment.

4. Applications of DXHF vacuum dryer
Normal solid wood;
Rose wood,hard wood, verawood,red sandalwood, large square beams etc.;
Thin plane cutting board,peeling veneer floor
