  water based lamination glue for paper /film   Usage:     Was widely used for coating the bopp tape.    Features:   1) Good heat Resistance

   Use-method:     1) Glue spray gun to the laminating board, about 70 grams per square meter. Spraying three times for grooves and edges ,one time for plane parts. Coating with PVC film after 10 to 20 min. The setting temperature of machine is above 320 °F&160°C(activation temperature is 131°F,55 °C), and the forming time is about 3min.
2) If there are some special requirements in temperature resistance for laminating products, can blend in 3 to 5% curing agent. Mixed with the main agent used up within 4 hours.
3) We recommond the calibre of spray gun is 1.2 to 1.8 mm, the air pressure above 6kg.
4) In case the gun spray slow in winter, it is best to glue heating or appropriate purified water and stirred uniformly.   Attentions:   1) After use, put the lid on to prevent the impurities in and solidify on surface.
2) The best storage and use temperature is 41-86 °F(5-30°C)
3) Before use,need to stir equally.The glue tank cover should be tight to avoid pollution.Please do not use
