Single Shaft slitting and rewinding machine for adhesive tapes         1.Basic pay-off mode: separate pay-off frame with large pay-off diameter and it’s more likely for the space to add other devices.   2.The main drive part: AC motors equipped with transducers are adopted conveying material, which decelerate and accelerate the main machine stably and quickly.   3.Take-up power part: material is taken up by using the clutch slip, and the part is delicate and adjusted conveniently.   4.The take-up mechanism: the mechanism can also adopt intermittent guide pulleys for taking up the material in both central and superficial way, which is widely applied to slitting other materials. Both ways can be chosen freely for rewinding different materials. Materials can be taken up by adopting the take-up shaft and the pinch roller which can press air out during take-up so that the finished products are more compact and have higher textural quality.   5.Take-up mode of finished products: Leaf air expansion shaft, through which a paper tube can be threaded quickly.
