HI-LOAD BAG FILTER MEDIA, POCKET FILTRATION MATERIAL 
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE:
1. The product is of innocuity,insipidity and can be discarded completely.
2. The filter material density is increased by degrees.
3. Little initial resistance,high efficiency,large dust capacity and water resistance.
4. The product is well flame retardant and the grade of fire protection is UL2. HiLoad Media by Hengyong are ideal materials for making bag filter. Compared with previous synthetic media. HiLoad significantly enhances the dust-loading capacity which implies a prolonged life-expectancy of air filters. There has been a big debate on the discharge of synthetic media. No mater the argument goes, Hengyong’s HiLoad showed a higher efficiency in the isopropanol(IPA) tests. For example, HL-F7 will get a ≥25% efficiency after IPA treatment per EN779 or ISO/DIS21220. This is well above the fighting criterion 20%.
