Introduction:

A booster pump is needed to increase sand output when you are pumping slurry or sand long distances. The SME SG gravel pump is ideal for high viscosity and high specific density material pumping with significantly less downtime and maintenance issuses. Discharge sizes range from 4-inch upto 16-inch. 

Type SG hard metal sand pump are single casing heavy duty metal gravel pumps designed for higher head duties such as cyclone feed, long distance pipelines and high static discharge heads. SME SG Series gravel pumps are designed to handle very large particles for gravel and dredging operations. Capable of handling large particles at consistently high efficiencies results in low cost of ownership. The large volume internal profile of the casing reduces associated velocities further increasing component life.

For gravel pumps, we only have hard metal sand pump and WN dredging pumps. There are no rubber gravel pumps. The SG gravel pump is single-casing, volute slurry pump type. Together with complete gravel pump end, we produce as well gravel pump parts as metal pump parts. 

SG/300G is a 12 inch discharge hard metal sand pump, with flowrate upto 2880 cubit meters, and head upto 70m.
