Product Description
Product Description
Specifications 1. We are a manufacturer with twelve years experience.
2. Our products passed ISO9000:2001.
1. Specifications As temperature sensors, fabricated thermocouples are used with display instruments, recorders, electronic regulators. They measure temperatures ranging form 0 ℃ ~ 800 of liquid, vapor, gas medium, and solid surfaces. Fabricated thermocouple is mainly composed of temperature-sensing element, fixed install devices, and junction box.
2.Type B, S, K, E 3.Main technical parameters
Note: t is the actual temperature value of temperature-sensing element 4.Time Constant
Nominal pressure: generally refers to rupture at operating temperature protection tube can withstand a static external pressure. Minimum insertion depth: not less than 8-10 times the external diameter of its protective casing (except special products) Insulation resistance: When the ambient air temperature is 15-35 ℃, relative humidity <80%, insulation resistance≥5 MQ (voltage 100V). Thermocouple junction box with a splash, when the relative temperature is 93 ± 3 ℃, insulation resistance ≥0.5 MQ (voltage 100V) Insulation resistance in high temperature: insulation resistance among the thermal electrode (including double-supported), protective tube and double thermode should be greater than the value specified in the following table.
