They measure temperatures ranging form 0 ℃ ~ 800 of liquid, vapor, gas medium, and solid surfaces. Fabricated thermocouple is mainly composed of temperature-sensing element, fixed install devices, and junction box.

Minimum insertion depth: not less than 8-10 times the external diameter of its protective casing (except special products)  Insulation resistance: When the ambient air temperature is 15-35 ℃, relative humidity <80%, insulation resistance≥5 MQ (voltage 100V). Thermocouple junction box with a splash, when the relative temperature is 93 ± 3 ℃, insulation resistance ≥0.5 MQ (voltage 100V)  Insulation resistance in high temperature: insulation resistance among the thermal electrode (including double-supported), protective tube and double thermode should be greater than the value specified in the following table.
