QUALITY CONTROL:

Now, we are using organic raw material for our products, which makes the flooring more environmental protective, quality is the best. All test can reach European standard.

We have brought in a heavy metal detection machine in our factory to control the quality before products leaving factory.

We also do test for our products every year in National quality and environmental protection Supervision and Inspection Center. A third party for BV certification will come to our factory to do inspection and make an video for us.  

WARRANTY:

According to different quality of flooring, our warranty for the flooring is from 2 years to 10 years. If there is any defects on the flooring quality after you receive the goods, pls inform us in 7 days. We’ll give you best solution in 48hours.  

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE TIPS:

1. WHAT’S THE BASIC REQUEST FOR THE SUBFLOOR?

   1) PVC flooring with foam backing:

It’s better to be self-leveling concrete ground or ceramic tile ground, wooden floor ground. The surface of the ground must be neat, smooth, press polished, dry, no too much pore and crack, no empty bulge, no damage, no sand-casting, clean.

   2) PVC commercial flooring:

   3) PP interlocking tiles:

The ground should be hard, plain,clean,hard and dry. Better to be pitted surface, not glossy smooth ground.

2. How do I clean the PVC sports flooring?

The PVC surface has rejection ability for outside contamination. If it is dirty, it can be cleaned up easily with a mop. If it is too dirty, it can be cleaned with water and neutral cleaning agent. Maintenance and cleaning cost are cheap.

3. IS THERE ANY METHOD THAT WE CAN ROLL UP THE SPORT FLOORING WHEN NO USE?

  Yes, you can do professional removable installation. The glue are brushed on connection belt not on the ground. So that you can roll up the flooring.
