Instructions to apply them on your feet:

1. Place the label on your feet.

2. Remove the clear film from the adhesive sheet.
3. Place over the label where it says "Please put adhesive sheet on this side".
4. Wear it for 8 to 12 hours for toxins to be fully absorbed by the patch.
(You should wear a sock to prevent them from peeling off during sleep when you toss and turn)
5. It is recommended that you should sleep with them on but you do not need to :)
