Large/Medium-sized Vertical 3-phase Asynchronous Motor Series YSL Special for Axial Flow Pump

Product Description     Series YSL is the new generation of vertical 3-phase asynchronous motor special for water pump, developed by technicians in our company on the basis of summarizing more than ten years of experiences in trial manufacturing in China and introducing advanced international technologies. It adopts insulation class F, cooling mode IC01, continuous duty S1, structuring and mounting mode IMV1 (frame without foot, end cover with flange, vertical type, shaft extension downward).    Its service location shall be at an altitude not more than 1000m; an environment temperature not more than 40℃ at most and not less than -15℃ at least. Inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas are not allowed, meanwhile cleanness should meet the requirement. This series is set with nonstop grease charging and discharging devices. We can design and customize motors with rated voltage and frequency values (415V/690V/3KV/10KV/60HZ), and make a special design with reserved interface(s) for additional device at both ends of shaft or the end opposite to shaft extension as required by customers.      Series YSL cannot bear axial thrust from driven mechanism,which only can be coupled with an elastic coupling.      Without a backstop, the Series YSL is allowed to rotate reversely for a short time under an external force, but its reversal speed shall not be more than 120% of the rated rotation speed.
