  Introduction:   5XFS-series Air-screen Cleaner consists of Bucket Elevator, Dust Catcher, Vertical Screen, Vibration   Sieve and Grain Exits. It is to clean the light impurity through vertical air sieve according to grains   aerodynamic feature, then go into vibration sieve, clean big and small impurity by different types of   high precise sieve in accordance with different grain size. Three-layer screening machine classify   the material to big and small grain; four-layer screening machine classify to big, middle and small   grain.         Instruction:   This Blow Type Specific Gravity Cleaning Machine is to produce proportion segregation phenomenon    under stress of aerodynamic and vibration friction of graininess material. By adjusting wind   pressure, amplitude and other parameter, larger proportion material will sink down, move bottom   to up under stress of vibration friction; smaller proportion material moves up to bottom. This   machine is to remove the immature grain, rice sprout, moth-eaten, smut, mildew etc. light impurities   from wheat, corn, paddy, sunflower seed, melon seed, pulse etc. At the same time, there is an   angle on the right of vibration surface; the stone can be separated.

    Instruction:   QSC-7 Blowing Style De-stoner is to separate stone, clod by adjusting wind pressure, amplitude   and other parameter, larger proportion material stone will sink down, move bottom to up under   stress of vibration friction; smaller proportion material moves up to bottom. With internal fan, no   need to install wind net system, The Fans and vibration system are equipped different motors,   noninterference adjustment; vibration part motor with a transducer, which using different   frequency for small particles of material (millet), medium materials (mung bean, soybean), large   granular materials (kidney beans, broad beans) to achieve the best good effect to remove stone.
