Hebei Create is the leading company of inline water quality analysis & dosing systems.       Product Information     1.   Introduction of Turbo Flow Sensor:   1.1 Working principle:   The wheels of the sensor revolve by the flow energy, the magnetic circuit inside the wheels has periodical change for the revolving. The sensor output the pulse signal which is in the direct radio to the flow rate..   1.2 Features:   The flow meter sensor is widely used for the flux measurement,  flow rate measurement, cumulative of the  water supply, cooling water, pure water, high pure water, wastewater treatment (without fiber impurity), low-viscosity water flow and so on.      There are five pieces of wheels on the sensor, that makes the sensor with high accurate, excellent dynamic balance quality, good frequency responsiveness and resolution to the slowly flow,  no damping phenomenon to the fast flow ( good linearity) .    There is a preamplified shaper inside the sensor. The shaper can output the clear high amplitude rectangular pulse. There is no error for long distance transmission for the pulse; The sensor offer the measurement pulse to the input port of the meter directly , so  the sensor has strong ability of anti-interference.     The flow meter sensor is made by the material which is non-magnetic, non-metal, anti-corrosion, high wear resistance that makes the sensor has no corrosion influence   from the medium , small amount of maintenance, long time lifespan.   The turbo flow sensor could be installed on different size/different kinds of material of pipeline. There are several kinds of installation method for the sample configuration and easy installation. For example:   1)The fixed connection for different pipeline.   2)Fix the sensor on the pipeline slot.   3)Weld the stainless steel fitting on the stainless steel pipeline;   4)Solvent cement joint or plastic welding the sensor on the PVC pipeline.    5)Weld the stainless steel / carbon steel joint on the carbon steel pipeline. Make sure of the material consistency and mechanical strength.   6) Fix the sensor on the non-metal pipeline with steel belt.   For fitting with the different material / size of the pipeline. The manufacturer offers different kinds of parts for installation to satisfied the requirements of project or user. The turbo flow sensor is accurate components. For anti any broken to the sensor. Please do no remove the protect hat of the sensor before using.     2.  Main technical index:   1) Material of the body:ABS+ Glass fiber engineering plastics;   2) Installation:vertical/ tangential insert the pipeline, and then O-ring sealed, screw thread fixed.   3) Medium temperature:0~60℃   4) Storage temperature:-30~80℃   5) Pressure:0.6MPa   6) Power supply:12V DC   7) Amplitude of Output pulse:high electric potential ≥8V p-p;low electric potential close to the zero potential.   8) Transmission distance(the distance between the sensor and the meter):less than 1000m.   9) Pipeline:DN25~DN2000   10) Pipeline material:(plastic,metal,frp,cement);   11) Environment:There is no strong alternative magnetic field interference around the sensor.    12) Requirements of Water quality:Install the Y filter when there is some on the upstream of the sensor when there is some impurity and fiber inside the flow.   13) Sensor structure.     3. Sensor connection: There is a 5 meters long sensor cable when Ex-factory.  Be based on the project needs, the user could connect  long distance cable with the sensor ( no special requirements on the cable).     Red wire-------12V+ power input Yellow wire------- Pulse output  White wire------- 12V- power ground wire     4.Requirements on the pipeline: The system with the turbo flow sensor could satisfied the requirements of flow measurement. For make sure of the measurement accurate, the sensor installation should follow the example as below.           Any queation please feel free to contact us .   Hebei Create Instrumentation Technologies Co., Ltd.
