Sheet width: 0.5m to 2m as customer’s request.

Sheet length: Usually 1m, 1.22m, 2m, 2.44m. Other length can be customized.

Characteristics of stainless steel 304D

1. Corrosion resistance. Uniform corrosion resistance in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, acetic acid + salt and other environments is far better than 304 material

2. High strength and high wear resistance. The yield strength is 1.3 times or more than 304, and the elongation is not less than 45%.

3. Good welding performance, the strength after welding is higher than 304 material

4.Flame Retardant and safe

Normally the longitudinal wire and cross wire is the same, the edge wire is much more thinner and the edge opening small. Which makes easier to weld sheets together.
If the mesh opening is 200mm, normally the edge opening is 100mm, then the whole opening will be 200mm when two sheets welded together.
If no edge wire, the user have to tie two mesh sheets by wire.
