Square and Rectangular Steel Pipe line is the equipment for closed profile steel production with sectional mould, fast roller changing with no spindle removal, load of the machine is low, which may not only decrease the roller cost but also save the time. It is designed by assembly die, with which the roller can be changed without removing the shaft. And one die can be used to produce ten or more specifications of square pipe and cold bend profile steel. Every four angles of the square and rectangular tubes has high intensity with no variation. It is the best choice for the production mode of small quantity but more specifications. The mill is composed of uncoiler, levelling machine, butt welder, storing device, high frequency equipment, etc.

1. The middle thick sheet slitting line is controlled by electrical controls system, a key to increasing yield; while the traditional one is adjusted by operators.

2. Offline setup, push-button slitter tooling lock-up, powered inde-ing tension rolls, quick-change tooling bars and automatic transmissions are on all DC motors.
