Compared with EVOH and PVDC films, it has the advantages of low cost and environmental protection. It is an ideal material for food preservation and fragrance preservation and printing. It is suitable for freezing, cooking, vacuum packaging, and is non-toxic, tasteless and harmless. It is specifically manifested in the following aspects:

(1) Good transparency and gloss, low haze.

(2) Excellent toughness, crack resistance and impact resistance, and its degree of stretch and puncture resistance are the best in the film.

(3) Excellent gas (oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide), fragrance and odor barrier properties.

(4) Excellent oil resistance, grease resistance and chemical solvent resistance.

(5) It is easy to process and can be coated, metalized, or composited with other substrates.

(6) Wide applicable temperature range (-60℃-150℃).

(7) Strong heat resistance.

Because BOPA film has many excellent characteristics, it is widely used in industry, agriculture, food preservation, medicine packaging and other fields. In practical applications, nylon film is rarely used alone for packaging items, and nylon and other materials (PE, EVA, PET, CPP aluminum foil, paper, etc.) are usually used in combination to obtain better comprehensive performance. The combination of BOPA film and other materials can be widely used in packaging in the following areas:

① Food packaging: such as packaging for vacuum freezing and vacuum cooking (ham, roast chicken, sausage and other meat products), condiments and soups, pickled food (pickles, kimchi, mustard, etc.), oily food, seafood , Vegetables and tea, spices, etc.
