High transparency Optical 2 Mil Colorless Polyimide Films
Colorless Polyimide Film is a kind of Transparent /Clear Polyimide film . It also named CPI Film . It has a very high light transmittance, which can reach more than 90%. It can be used for solar substrates. we also have other colors , amber color , matte balck , glossy black , transparent , green , red ect .
Kapton Polyimide Film (KAPTON FILMS) is excellent insulation material. The density is 1.39-1.45, polyimide film has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance, resistance to medium, It can be used in the temperature range of -269℃ ~ 280℃ for a long time, can reach 400℃ in a short time.The vitreation temperatures were 280℃(Upilex R), 385℃(Kapton) and above 500℃ (Upilex S), respectively.The tensile strength is 200MPa at 20℃ and greater than 100MPa at 200℃.Especially suitable for flexible printed circuit board substrate and various kinds of high temperature electrical insulation materials.
