Seamless tube according to GB/ t8162-87 provisions

4.1. Specification: outer diameter of hot rolled pipe is 32 ~ 630mm. The wall thickness is 2.5 ~ 75mm. Cold rolled (cold drawn) pipe outer diameter 5 ~ 200mm. The wall thickness is 2.5 ~ 12mm.

4.2 appearance quality: the inner and outer surface of the steel tube shall not have any cracks, folds, folds, delaminations, hairlines or scars. These defects should be completely removed, and the wall thickness and outside diameter should not exceed the negative deviation after removal.

4.3 both ends of the steel pipe shall be cut into right angles and burrs shall be removed. For steel tubes with wall thickness greater than 20mm, gas cutting and hot saw cutting are allowed. Through the agreement of supply and demand both sides also need not cut a head.

4.4 refer to gb3639-83 for "surface quality" of cold-drawn or cold-rolled precision seamless steel tubes
