Butyl rubber(IIR)has low gas permeability, and it's heat, sunlight, ozone resistance, electrical insulation is good; for polar solvents such as alcohol, ketone, ester and other resistance, the general use of temperature range of -54 ~ 110 ℃.
Advantages:
Most of the general gas is impermeable
Good resistance to sunlight and ozone
Good resistance to animal or vegetable oil, good oxidation resistance.
Application areas:
Commonly used in the production of chemical resistance, vacuum equipment, rubber parts.
