Maize milling machine processing line:
1. Cleaning part:
Clean out the middle and small impurity from maize. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat/maize was bitten by insect and so on. Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening. This section is to prepare for milling part and to protect the machinery as well.
2. Milling part:
Grinding the corn into flour, grits, meal different micron according to customers' requirement.
Also we adopt the sifter to classification and grading the flour.
3. Packing part:
We adopt 10-25 kg / bag or 25-50 kg / bag for final product packages.
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.
