There are three sections in wheat flour processing line

Cleaning---Milling---Packing

1.Cleaning:

Including precleaner, high efficiency vibrating sifter, gravity classify destoner, magnetic separator, horizontal scourer,plane revolving sifter,wheat washer,dampener,dampering bin ,clean wheat bin and aspirating channel 

In order to remove large,small,light,heavy,stone and metal impurities in maize.

2.Milling:

Including milling, double sifter /square sifter, purifier, impact detacher, bran finisher/brusher 

In order to mill maize into flour and separate flour from bran.

Mill: mill the maize to break the integrity by the roller moving                          Sifter: to separate the flour and bran,also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality

3.Packing:

Use auto-weighting&packing scale to pack the flour automatically into different sizes
