Wheat flour mill machine processing line:

1.Cleaning section

To make sure the quality of the final flour, the machine will do a through cleaning to the raw material, 

through this procedure, the impurities in the raw material are removed. Such as the stone, worm, 

magnetic materials,etc.

Also, this job has protected the machine itself.

2.Milling section

After the cleaning procedure, the wheat will come into the second step.

Through this section, the wheat would be milled into flour/grits, meanwhile the bran is separated.

3.Packing section

The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.

Package scale : 10-25 kg/bag and 25-50 kg/bag

Packing Details  : 

1.We will pack the wheat milling machinery by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside. 
2.The wood packing is necessary If send by less than a container. 
3.The machine will fixed by steel rope in the container. 
Make sure it is in good condition when arrived destination.
