Our Wheat Flour Milling Factory includes three process part:
Cleaning raw grain-----Milling and sifting -------Packing the final product
1. Cleaning & Conditioning Section in wheat flour mill
Further to clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat.For example,dust,stone,magnetic material and so on. In the cleaning process, wheat will be added right moisture that suitable for next step---milling.After dampening,the finial flour will be white.
2. Milling & Sifting Section in wheat flour mill
After cleaning section,wheat reaches food standard.Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran.
Mill:Mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
Sifter:To separate the flour and bran,also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
3. Auto Weight & Package Section in wheat flour mill:
Our flour packing machine is fully automatic weighting and packing. The precision is less than 0.2%. Like 25 kg/bag, the weight range could be 0.5kg---50kg.
