The hot plate description
1. This product is a combination of Japanese steam accelerator technology and European peripheral heating arc plate technology.
2. Installed at the entrance of the hot plate, the curved plate heats the running medium paper, and the accelerator sprays the upper corrugated after gluing.
3. Reduces the need for hot plate temperature penetration in the upper corrugated.
4. The system includes 1 set of steam separation systems, 1 set of electronic control and pneumatic actuators, 1 piece of flute tip accelerator, and 1 arc plate.
5. Optional: PLC+steam proportional valve automatic control system can be connected to the production management system.

The hot plate advantage
1. The thickness of the hot plate is only one-third of the traditional hot plate, rapid heating up, rapid cooling, high efficiency for heat exchange, and the surface temperature is 5-1 0℃ higher than the traditional hot plate.
2. Compared with the traditional hot plate. Using less steam chamber, the steam volume is reduced by 6.5 times, which can save steam by more than 30%.
3. High position steam intake, low position return water, avoid water accumulation on the hot plate.
