Design and Unique Features
DOV heavy duty cantilever sump pump is designed for applications requiring continuous handling of abrasive slurry transporting from sumps or pits to anther point, which offers greater reliability and durability than conventional vertical process pumps.
All submerged components wear parts to DOV Sump Slurry Pumps, including impeller, back liner and casing, are all designed with high chrome alloy material, which allow pumps are used in high erosive conditions.
The robust cantilever shaft is assembled with heavy duty roller bearings that are above mounting plate, which avoids the bearing failure to lower submerged bearings, as well as no shaft sealing problems or priming requires.
[DOV" Heavy Duty Sump Pumps are available in various standard lengths to suit common sump depths, for very deep sumps or where high shaft speeds limit the length of the pump, a suction extension pipe can be fitted to the bottom inlet to extend the depth of the pump by up to 2 meters.
Pumping is maintained even when the top inlet is not submerged, thus enabling the level of liquid to be lowered right down to the bottom inlet or the bottom of any suction extension pipe.
