Laser welded segmented concrete saw blade

Segmented concrete blades are laser welded, in this case, we have made the diamond blades have high strength and also improve its cutting performance. In order to reduce the stress to the steel core and prevent steel core cracking during cutting some hard materials, we have made undercut segments on the segments to protect the steel cores. They are installed on handheld saw, floor saw, walk-behind saw, using for dry or wet cutting concrete, cured concrete, green concrete reinforced concrete cutting. Laser welded concrete blades have good cutting performance, fast cutting speed, and long life. We can also supply granite blade, marble blade, tuck point blade, and wall saw blade etc.

Package

Every diamond saw blade will be packed by separated paper box.  5 or 10 pieces per carton.

Production capacity

We have full line diamond blades production line, the capacity can reach up to 500 pieces per week

Delivery time

Delivery time will be about two weeks when payment confirmed, in common case.

Payment terms

As our payment policy, we can work with 30% in advance, and pay 70% balance before delivery.
