Needle Punched Geotextile Nonwoven Fabric

Thermal bonded technology is finished by an additional equipment. It has seperated driving system and heating rollers. We can heat both sides and any sigle side of our geotextile (nonwoven fabric) product.  When we heat rolling geotextile, the roller temperature is very important, it will effect the final product quality. PP geotextile needs lower temperature than pet geotextile. 

White color pet thermal bonded nonwoven pet geotextile is a special treated product. It experienced a hot rolling procudure after needle punched to get tight surface. The staple fibre has been melted and bonded together through the hot rolling technology.

Thermal bonded geotextile is a improved version of geotextile. Some application areas requires special performance or appearance of our needle punched geotextile.

Our factory has 3 production lines for geotextile and 2 production line for composite geomembrane. We have 15 years experience of producing export orders, we know each detail point.

 Non-woven Geotextiles are made from 100% staple/filament polyester or polypropylene fiber by needle-punched technology. It has excellent water flow rates and drainage for the filtration of soil fines. Non-woven Geotextiles have a wide application scale, such as wrapping material, tensile reinforcement, filtration, and separation for roads, roofs, railroads, ponds, dams, trenches, landfills, protection for shoreline and membrane liners, sub-grade stabilization, erosion control, and many other civil engineering and construction uses. It has strong tensile strength, tear strength, anti acid & alkali,,anti UV rays property etc.
