Saddle Welding and Cutting Machine
This cutting robot can be applied to various industrial fields,such as pressure vessels for the chemical industray,station boiler,nuclear power equipment,food and pharmaceutical equipment,ship and ocean engineeing,national defense industray and so on. It can be applied to saddle welding and cutting on Cylindrical shell, Conical shell, Ellipsoidal head and so on.
Performance characteristics:
• This machine is a four axis CNC system,it can make saddle welding and cutting on curved surface such as barrel , ellipsoidal head plate. The intersecting holes form can be orthogonal, eccentric vertical intersection,etc. Also it can make flange connecting pipe intersecting line cutting.
•On-line teaching function can automatically generate correct reference input parameter theory of intersecting trajectories,and remove the movement error caused by the non- standard workpiece to achieve precision weiding and cutting.
• Parametric input, Automatic exhaust channel, Partition setting of welding parameters ,etc.All these functions make welding simple and quick .
• With the equipment fixed on the operating machine,it can be safer on operating and quick calibrating centre with laser makes it more effective in production. The device is not affected by the nozzle diameter limit,and can weld every where.
•As a multifunctional machine,it can make convenient conversion from the function of cutting to welding. Flexible in practice, menwhile,Girth weld can be easily made with this manchine.
• Two different welding modes for choice: submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding.
