SPH-25 Horizontrol Welding Turn-table
Main functions:
It has the function of rotating in n*360°.
Main application of the equipment
It is mainly used for horizontal rotating of work piece.
Main feactures:
1. Light weight; strong rigidity and nice appearance;
2. There are radia T-shaped grooves on the work table surface of work table for fixing workpiece. Meanwhile, the work table adopts well thermal material to prevent table spilting when the workpiece is preheated too high;
3. The system is equipped with water cooling cycling unit, ensuring using life of equipment;
4. The rotation of work table adopts DC step-less regulation or AC transducer regulation;
5. Using which type is decided by customer needs or actual situation of operation;
6. Drive system adopts breaking motor and worm reducer, keeping sure equipment positioning precisely;
7. The drive system adopts drive mode.
