HBS Series Double-Column Welding Positioner
Main functions:
It has the function of lifting and roating in n*360 °.
Main application of the welding positioner:
It is used for position of large size workpiece. Clamp the work piece on the tilting frock which is prepared by user, integrate the positioner with frock to be a whole, then, lifting and rotating angle – n*360 ° can be realized. And this equipment is usually applied in railway manufacture industry .
Main features:
1. The operation is convenient. It can be assembled and operated in lower position and rotated in higher position, which make sure the welding seam always in perfect place.
2. The speed is adjusted by transducer stepless regulation, slowing down impact of start and stop. The rotation of work table is controlled by worm reducer, rotating in n*360 °.
3. With large torgue and self-locking function.
4. Lifting system is safety,reliable and precisely in positioning.
5. The structure of this positioner is much more stable and load capacity is heaver than general ones.
6. It is needed to be fixed on the floor. The user needs to prepare foundation before assembly.
7. Remote-control is equipped.
