Product Description:
The welding positioner who can rotate and tilt makes the workpiece at the best welding position.
It normally works with welding manipulator,special welding machines to realize the automatic
welding of complicated workpieces.
Main feactures:
1. The positioner which has simple structure and high stability is mainly used with SAW machines.
2. Table rotating adopts imported transducer to raealized stepless regulation, wide speed range and stable operation.
3. Table tilting is drove by AC motor with helical-worm reducer and self lock function, realized stable tilting.
4. Stepless speed regulation of imported transducer is adopted for work table rotation, which has a wide speed adjustment range and high wprking stability.
5. Tilting of wprk table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed reversal within 120° with large turning torque, self-locking ang reliable positioning.
6. All machine bodies adopt seat-type structure that gives an intepral reliability. Generally, they do not need to be fixed on the foundation, and are convenient to be moved.
7. The table is made by precision casting, and cannot be hurt easily by welding spatter. Uniform position lines are made on the surface. There is T-type groove and ring type position line, available for locating and clamping work piece.
8. Operation is convenient by remote-control pendant. Linkage on the control box can control with other welding equipments.
Note: As per customers` different demands, we can also design and manufacture large load or special welding positioners; for examples, horizontal revolving platform, L-type positioner, double-column heavy positioned and etc.
