Air activated hand warmers contain cellulose, iron, water, activated carbon, vermiculite (water reservoir) and salt and produce heat from the exothermic oxidation of iron when exposed to air. They typically emit heat for 1 to 10 hours, although the heat given off rapidly diminishes after 1–2 hours.[1][2] The oxygen molecules in the air react with iron, forming rust. Salt is often added to catalyze the process.

Working theory

When heating material contact the oxygen in the air, it begin oxygenation, this process will continually give out heat for 6 to 8 hours. This process will begin only after your breaking the vacuum packing.

It is inside the non-woven fabrics bag.  When the mixture meets oxygen in the air, it can give out heat.

Type 1:

1). Put one piece into one silver aluminum bag (9x12cm);

2). Put 50 bags into one transparent bigger bag;

3). Put 10 transparent bags into 1 corrugated carton (50x25x25cm).

Type 2:

1). Put one piece into one silver aluminum bag (9x12cm);

2). Put 6 bags into one box (12.5x17x3.5cm);

Notice of using warmer pad      

1.NEVER use it onto skin directly. NEVER stick it onto skin.

 2.NEVER use it when you sleep.

 3.Below people need be careful when use the Warmer Pad.

1). Except your hand, never use it directly on your skin!

2). The warmer pad can achieve 58 degrees centigrade, and it can continual give out heat for 6 to 8 hours, so do not use  

   it when you sleep in night, because it`s possible to cause a Cryogenic Burn.
