Vertical Desulphurization Pump

The SP Vertical Submerged Desulphurization Pump is a vertical, centrifugal Sewage pump. It`s suitable for delivering Larger impurities sewage, the pump is always immersed in the sump or pit to operate. The wet-parts and shaft for type SP is made of metal material , The SP sump pump is widely used for mining, chemical industry and each factory and mine enterprise. 

For SP pump, its casing, impeller and wear plate are made of wear-resistant material. The pump casing is fixed on the frame with bolts and the bearing body is located on the top of frame. Double row tapered roller bearing is used at the driven end of bearing body, and single row cylindrical roller bearing is used at the drive end, which can bear the max axial load of the pump. The baseplate or frame of motor is installed on the bearing body. They can be directly driven or by V-belt. The belt sheave can be easily replaced to adjust the pump speed and meet the duty variation or performance variation after the pump is worn. The installation plate mounted on the frame is split; it can easily stand on the steel or concrete foundation. Pump should be immersed in the slurry sump for work. The inlet of pump is equipped with lower strainer preventing the large particles from entering the pump.
