High Efficiency Desulfurizer

In the production prcoess of composite cerntrifugal roll, because of the different material of the core and the outer working layer of the composite centrifugal roll, if the Sulfur content in working layer are high, the bonding layer will form MgS impurity, at same time, the bonding layer will become low strength gray iron texture, which will easily occur work layer spalling in the process of using the roll. and the ideal sulfur content is less than 0.015%. The sulfur content of molten iron or molten steel of the work layer is 0.02-0.03% after being treated by ordinary desulfurization process, and the desulfurization process is complicated.

Our company's high efficiency desulfurizer is made of magnesium, calcium, barium, rare earth, manganese and other desulfurization elements in a certain proportion. Adding 0.8%-1.0% can reduce sulfur content below to 0.015%, and use easily.
