Organic Gluten Free Sweet Potato Pasta

Sweet potato pasta is made from organic sweet potato pasta and water. The sweet potato is an underground tuber.  It is rich in an antioxidant called beta-carotene, which is very effective at raising blood levels of vitamin A. Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber, very filling and have a delicious sweet taste. In some parts of the USA and Canada, sweet potatoes are called yams. This is a misnomer since yams are actually a totally different species.

Cooking Method

1. Bring 4 quarts of water to boil.

2. Add our product to boiling water.

3. Boil for 5-6 minutes for "al dente" or more tender texture is achieved.

4. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
