After HPMC is added, the following properties can be improved:

1.Anti-slip:

It is able to prevent the construction materials to be bonded mortar and slip phenomenon appears.

2. Adhesivity:

It can make mortar attach to base material better since the plasticity of mortar is enhanced.

3.Operationality:

It can enhance the plasticity of mortar and improve the coating efficiency in construction projects.

4.Water Retention:

Enhanced water retention, improving cement, gypsum building  material fast enough to cause adverse drying and hydration hardening, cracking phenomenon.
